Festivals, food shows and consumer events
Product Sampling At Events Where People Came To Try Things
An event crowd is the easiest audience in product sampling. They have paid to be somewhere, they have the whole day, and trying something new is the reason they came. Nobody at a food festival is in a hurry to get past you.
What that buys is time. On a pavement you get four seconds and a hand; on a stand at a show you get a conversation, a second taste, and someone who will come back at four o’clock with a friend. It is the setting where a sample most often turns into a purchase rather than a memory.
Bookings are made per event, per day. You tell us the events, the dates, the hours and how many people you want at each, and a summer of festivals is handled as one booking.
An itemised quote, usually within hours, with day rates, hours and on-costs listed for every event. No hidden fees, one invoice.
Assigned once the quote is signed off, with a project manager on the booking and 24/7 support across the event days.
Our operations team pick people on skills, experience and location, so a four-day show in a field does not become four days of travel costs.
Your briefing form becomes a tailored document covering the product USPs, the audience and the key messages, written for people who will hear it fifty times.
Right to work and ID verified. Employer and Public Liability cover on every campaign. DBS, food hygiene and risk assessments available on request.
We are the employer. PAYE, tax, National Insurance and HR are all handled in house.
Shift reminders, geo-tagged check-ins and live attendance monitoring, which matters when the site is a field and the call time is seven.
Reporting with attendance confirmation, on-site photos and feedback, quoted alongside the staffing as an add-on.
Excellent service from start to finish. Staff at our event were great, very attentive and well mannered.

What we supply
Five Jobs At A Consumer Event
Events run long, in weather, away from power and plumbing. What the team does depends on what you have taken: a pitch, a unit, or a route around the site. These are the five jobs.
Stand Sampling Teams
The pitch you have paid the organiser for, worked from gates to close. Long days, repeated conversations, and the volume comes from hours rather than speed.
- Serving and talking through the product across the full day
- Working the organiser’s rules on what may be handed over
- Rotating breaks so the stand is never unstaffed
Suits: food and drink, wellness, pet, speciality and artisan brands
Roaming Site Crews
Teams working the site rather than a spot on it, taking product to the queues, the seating areas and the parts of the ground your stand will never reach.
- Covering an agreed route across the whole site
- Carrying stock in branded bags, trays or on a trike
- Returning to a base point to restock through the day
Suits: ice cream, confectionery, chilled drinks, high-volume giveaways
Outdoor Chilled Teams
Cold chain in a field, in August, with no mains power. This is the part of an event brief that most often goes wrong and the part we plan first.
- Insulated storage and controlled portioning on site
- Restock runs timed to the day’s peaks
- Food hygiene certification available on request
Suits: dairy, iced coffee, kombucha, frozen and chilled lines
Multi-Day Show Crews
Four days of an agricultural or consumer show is a different job from one afternoon. The same faces across the run, so the second and third days are not spent learning.
- Consistent crew across consecutive show days
- Covering build-up and de-rig either side of the live days
- One booking and one invoice for the whole run
Suits: county and agricultural shows, trade-facing consumer events
Event Campaign Leads
Across a season an event manager or campaign lead handles the organisers, the access, the stock and the day-to-day changes, and is your single point of contact.
- Confirming pitch, access and vehicle passes site by site
- Holding the brief consistent across every event
- Absorbing the changes so you are not fielding them
Where we have worked
Events We Have Sampled At
Named from campaigns we have delivered, not from a wish list.
The organiser owns the site and sells the space, so what you may hand over and where you may stand are agreed with them long before the gates open. Where a permission is needed we arrange it, and any cost is quoted alongside the staffing. Product sampling as a whole is set out on the main service page. A ticketed fixture is a different brief again, covered under sports event product sampling, and a trade or consumer hall is exhibition product sampling.
