What does an event staffing agency do?
An event staffing agency selects, briefs, schedules and supplies trained teams for events and campaigns. Executional also manages payroll, compliance and attendance, giving you one accountable team from the initial brief through to delivery. If we book through an event staffing agency, who is the employer?
We are. Everyone we supply is on our own books and paid through our in-house PAYE payroll, so tax, National Insurance, holiday pay and insurance sit with us, not with you. There is no third party between you and the team.
That is also the difference between us and a planning company. Executional is an event staff agency, not an event planning or production business: we select, brief, schedule, employ and manage the people, and you keep the campaign.
Will your teams wear our branding?
Yes. Teams work in your branded clothing, uniforms or a specified dress code. The requirement goes out with the briefing documents before the event, so everyone arrives correctly presented rather than sorting it on the day.
How quickly can you quote and confirm a booking?
We can often confirm availability the same day for straightforward bookings. For larger or multi-location campaigns, allowing one to two weeks gives us time to select and brief specifically for the work.

Cost depends on the roles, the number of people, the working hours and the locations. Every quotation is itemised line by line with no hidden fees, so you can review the full cost before confirming anything.

Creative, experiential and event marketing agencies brief us on a client's behalf and keep the strategy, production and client relationship. Stand builders and exhibition contractors bring us in to crew the stands they have designed and built, so the space is not standing empty on day one.
