Website terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of executional.co.uk (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These are not the terms on which we supply staff. Bookings are covered by our client terms and conditions, which apply once a quote is accepted.

1. Who we are

The website is run by EXECUTIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 06426765, VAT number GB 924 3963 09. Registered office and head office: Building 5, Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds LS15 4LG. Email [email protected] or call 0113 479 0075.

2. Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our services, not advice, and we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current at all times. Prices, availability and service details are only confirmed in a written quote from us. Nothing on the website, including answers from our chat assistant, forms a contract or a binding offer.

Case studies and recent work describe past campaigns. Results, staff numbers and figures relate to those campaigns and are not a guarantee of future results.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or attack it with viruses, denial of service or similar;
  • copy, scrape or harvest content or data from it by automated means without our written permission;
  • send us false information through our forms, or use the forms or chat assistant to send spam or unlawful, offensive or abusive content;
  • try to trick the chat assistant into ignoring its instructions or giving false answers.

We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, video, graphics, design and the EXECUTIONAL name and logo, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not copy, reproduce, publish or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names, logos and brands shown in our case studies and recent work belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we have carried out. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses this website.

Reviews and client quotes on the website are from real clients, shown in their own words as they gave them.

The website links to other websites, including our staff platform (Staffwise) and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. Registering for work through Staffwise is covered by the terms and privacy information shown during registration and by our privacy policy.

You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not suggest any association with, or endorsement by, us where none exists. You must not frame the website on another site.

6. Chat assistant

The chat assistant on the website is an automated tool. Its answers are general guidance and may not always be correct. Please contact us directly to confirm anything you rely on.

Chats are saved so our team can follow up, and a chat may be passed to a member of our team. The assistant can fill in our contact form for you, but nothing is sent until you check it and press send. Please do not share bank, ID or health details in the chat. Our privacy policy explains how we use chats.

7. Our liability

We provide the website free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations about the website and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

We do not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices and software.

If you are a consumer, we provide the website for your own private use only, and we are not liable to you for any business losses. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data you give us through the website, and the cookies and website statistics we use. We do not use any cookies that need your consent. You can turn off website statistics in your browser at any time from the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by changing this page. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Please check this page whenever you use the website.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.
