Our team gained valuable insights into this elaborate setup during the training session, which prepared them for this immersive event.

Executional provided a dedicated team of 15 promotional staff members overseen by two event managers who worked tirelessly throughout the ASOS in Real Life pop-up. Their efforts were instrumental in bringing the entire experience to life, ensuring each floor of the installation was managed effectively and efficiently.

  • Stock Control: Each floor had designated stock management areas, where team members ensured timely replenishment of products.
  • Point-of-Sale/Till Operation: Staff members with till experience managed the sales desks, facilitating smooth transactions for customers.
