Visual Merchandising
Staff.
Visual merchandising staff for brands, retailers and display companies. Our merchandisers install your in-store displays to the guidelines, and keep them right between visits, in stores across the UK.

What the team fits
In-store visual merchandising, staffed.
The display work we staff, from a single flagship to every store in the estate.
Larger rollouts run with a lead merchandiser who checks the first stores against the guideline before the rest follow.
Display installation
Merchandisers fit brand-supplied units, graphics and lighting kits to the guideline pack and reference photos. They then clear packaging and the outgoing display.
Fixture dressing
Stocking and facing up a new display for product launches, so it opens full and matches the reference photo.
Seasonal and promotional changeovers
Staff fit Christmas, gifting and promotional kits on a set date across the estate. They take them down when the period ends so nothing out of date stays up.
Maintenance visits
Repeat calls that re-dress displays, swap damaged or missing graphics from your stock and refill the display, so it still matches the guideline weeks after launch.
Shop-in-shops and concessions
Dressing and maintaining brand areas inside department stores and pharmacies, where the shopping experience in your space has to hold up beside every other brand on the floor.
The shelf as well as the display
Where the shelf matters as much as the display, the same visit can cover planograms, point of sale and stock checks. See our wider retail merchandising service.
Why brands book us
Fitted to the guideline, store by store.
Right to work and ID checked before placement. Employer's and Public Liability insurance on every booking. DBS checks where a retailer requires them, and risk assessments on request.
Every merchandiser works from your guideline pack and a reference photo of the finished display, so you judge the result against your standard rather than anyone's taste.
We pay merchandisers through our own PAYE, with National Insurance and HR in-house, and a rollout across the estate comes back as one itemised quote.
Geo-tagged check-ins on arrival, live attendance tracking and a 24/7 support line answered day and night.
Where we fit
People to fit it, not to make it.
A display can look perfect at sign-off and wrong in half the stores a fortnight later: graphics fitted in the wrong order, a gondola end dressed with last season's stock, a lightbox left unplugged. In-store visual merchandising is careful, repeatable fitting work done to a guideline, by people who check it against the guideline before they leave.
Your designers, display makers and POS suppliers create and deliver the kit. We supply the people who fit it in store, maintain it on repeat visits. We don't design, build, store or transport displays.
Stores we work in
Flagship to every store.
Teams come from the staffing hub nearest each store, across 40 hubs in the UK. Store on your list not shown here? Tell us in your quote request.

Buyer questions
Visual merchandising staff: your questions.
Do you design or build displays?
No. We're a staffing company, not a display design or production house. Your designers and display suppliers create the kit; we supply the people who fit and maintain it in store.
Do you work with display and POS companies?
Yes. Display makers, POS suppliers and retail agencies can use us for in-store fitting and maintenance, working to their brief and photo standards, under their name if they prefer.
Who supplies the display materials?
You or your supplier. Kits arrive at each store ahead of the install date; we don't store or transport them.
What do I receive after each install?
Reporting is bespoke: built around what you need, agreed before the booking is confirmed and set out in your quote.
Can the same merchandisers maintain the displays after launch?
Yes, and it tends to work better. A merchandiser who fitted a store knows how the display should look and spots what has slipped on the next visit.
Can your merchandisers work outside opening hours?
Yes, where the retailer allows access. Changeovers and large installs often run early in the morning or after close, and we set out shift times in the quote.
What drives the cost of visual merchandising staff?
The number of stores, install time in each, early or late access, journeys between stores, how often displays are maintained and the reporting you need. We itemise every quote.
Do you cover London as well as the rest of the UK?
Yes. If you're looking for a visual merchandising agency in London to supply installation staff, we cover London stores alongside the rest of the UK from 40 staffing hubs, so someone nearby fits each store.
