What's the difference between conference staff and event hosts?
Hosts look after front of house: welcome, directions and guest care. A conference team covers the delegate operation behind it: registration, faculty, session rooms, delegate services and the supervisors running each area.
Can your team use our registration system?
Yes. We brief staff on your platform, badge printing and on-site registration rules in advance. The team leader works with your registration provider on the day.
How many conference staff will we need?
Your team size depends on delegate numbers, how arrivals are spread, how many sessions run in parallel and how many areas open at once. Send the programme and floor plan and we'll propose a team by area and shift.
Do you work with PCOs and event agencies?
Yes. Professional conference organisers, event managers and event agencies bring us in as their staffing agency for congresses they run for associations and corporate clients. We work to their run sheet and reporting lines.
Do you supply AV, registration technology or production?
No. We supply and manage the people. AV, badge hardware, registration software, signage and set stay with your venue, registration provider or production partner.
