Staff will be selected for their experience, be that hosting at exhibitions, conferences, sales and marketing, functions or seminars. Our regional staffing managers handpick the most relevant staff, meaning you always have the right candidate on site that is ready for work.

Briefing Your Chosen Team

Instruction packs will include arrival times, meeting points, dress codes and an overview of the company they are hosting for. Staffing managers make sure this information is fully understood before they allow the hostesses to attend their shifts.
Managing The Event Hosts
EXECUTIONAL are available 24/7 to ensure that event staff are online and on-time regardless of day or night. All our team members follow a sign-in process on every single shift, so we are aware and available to rectify a situation whatever it may be.
1.5hrs before the start of any shift we get confirmation of attendance, this ensures we know about any problems well before the shift starts. Following that the staff check in (with photo) upon arrival. They will then check out when they finish their shift and complete a feedback form.
