What we did

Mis-Sold Expert, an official partner of Bolton Wanderers, brought The 12.1 Challenge to home matchdays at the stadium. We supplied a team of four sports event staff for every game.

• Welcomed fans and kept the queue clear of gates, turnstiles and the Club Shop
• Registered every player on iPad before they took on the challenge
• Ran the game, where fans try to stop the timer at exactly 12.1 seconds
• Logged every 12.1 second finish for the season prize draw
• Roamed the forecourt to bring fans over and explain the car finance issue
• Offered a free, optional eligibility check to every player before they left
