Exhibition Staff.
As a UK exhibition staffing agency, we supply trained teams for trade shows and exhibitions nationwide. Hire exhibition staff to work your stand, or a full show floor team if you are the one running the hall, from a one-day expo to a five-day trade show.
Established 2007 with 6,000+ registered staff across 40 UK staffing hubs.
Two different bookings on the same show floor, and we supply both. Exhibiting brands and stand builders, plus crew for show organisers that run the hall around them.
Right-To-Work Checked & Insured
Nobody is confirmed onto a stand until their Right-to-Work documents have been seen and checked. Employer and Public Liability cover sits across the whole booking. DBS, food hygiene and alcohol licensing available if the show needs them.Nobody is confirmed until their Right-to-Work documents have been checked. Employer and Public Liability cover across the booking.
Briefed On Your Product
You complete a briefing form once the booking is confirmed. We train the team from it before the show, so they arrive already knowing what you sell and who you are there to meet. You complete a briefing form and we train the team from it before the show, not on the morning.
In-House PAYE & HMRC
We employ the team, so the payroll, the tax, the National Insurance and the HR side never reach your desk. One invoice at the end of the show and nothing hidden inside it.We employ the team, so payroll, tax and HR never reach your desk. One invoice at the end of the show.
24/7 Staffing Support
A project manager is put on the booking and stays on it. The team confirm arrival by geo-tagged check-in each morning and somebody is reachable for as long as the hall is open.A project manager stays on the booking. Geo-tagged check-in each morning and somebody reachable while the hall is open.
Exhibition Staff For Stands And Show Floors
Two different bookings on the same show floor. Exhibiting brands and stand builders take the stand team. Organisers running the hall take the crew around it. Plenty of shows need a bit of both.
Book exhibition staff →Stand Staff and Booth Staff
The core stand team. Working the front edge of the stand and the aisle in front of it, holding it through the flat hours between peaks, and handing over cleanly at every shift change.
Exhibition Sales Staff
For stands that are there to sell rather than to be seen. Visitors sorted against your criteria, price and spec questions answered from your own brief, and anyone worth your time walked over to your own people on the stand.
Lead Capture Staff
Scanners, tablets, a form on your own site or paper, whichever you already run. Everything lands in the system you use, and handwriting is checked while the visitor is still standing there rather than a week later.
Multilingual Stand Teams
Where your visitors arrive speaking more than English, tell us which languages matter and we will see what the hub nearest the venue can cover. Worth raising early, because it comes down to who is available that week.
Stand Managers
One person owns the team so you are not briefing five people separately. They handle the organiser, the contractor and the shift handovers, and only bring you what genuinely needs you. Included on multi-day bookings.
Visitor Entry and Ticket Scanning
Entry lanes, ticket and barcode scanning and queue management on the doors, staffed heavily for the morning surge so the gate never becomes the bottleneck.
Aisle and Hall Stewards
Moving visitors between halls, aisles and feature areas, watching capacity in seminar theatres and demo zones, and fielding the questions that would otherwise land on your own team.
Cloakroom and Visitor Services
Cloakroom and bag drop, help points around the hall, and cover on whatever else your floor plan throws up, from the first visitor in to the last one out.
Exhibition And Trade Show Case Studies
The detail behind individual shows: the client, the hall, the size of the team and what they were actually there to do.

Exhibition Staff At Every Major UK Venue
Teams come from the staffing hub nearest the hall, so the people on your stand already know the venue, the loading bays and how long it takes to get across the floor at nine in the morning.
Halls not listed here are covered the same way. Tell us the venue and we will build the team around it.

What happens between the enquiry and doors open
Four stages, and the same four whether it is one person on a small stand or thirty across a hall.
Tell Us About The Show
Which show, which hall, your stand number and the days you want covered. If the show is yours rather than a stand at it, the floor plan and the visitor numbers you are expecting instead.
Your Costing Comes Back
Itemised by role and by show day so nothing is bundled. Usually with you inside the working day, and it costs nothing to ask for.
We Build The Team
People picked for trade show experience first, then distance from the venue, so the team is local to the hall and has worked one before.
Briefed Before They Arrive
You complete a briefing form and we train the team from it ahead of the show, not on the morning. Invoicing follows afterwards, and post-show reporting is there as a paid add-on if you need it for sign off.
Get A Quote For Exhibition Staff
Tell us the show, the hall and which days need covering. Your costing comes back broken down line by line, and asking costs you nothing.

Before you book, you usually ask
Who the team answer to, how the leads reach you, what happens on build up days, and what the whole thing costs.
Can you supply staff for a stand and for the show floor at the same show?
Yes, though they are quoted as two teams because they answer to different people. Stand teams work to the exhibitor's brief. Show floor teams work to the organiser's floor plan and cover entry, aisles and visitor services. If you happen to be both, one booking carries both.
Do you work with stand builders and contractors?
Regularly. Where staffing is already part of a design and build package, the team goes out under your name, briefed to your client's brand, and we invoice you rather than them. We do not approach your client before, during or after the show.
How do your teams get visitors onto a stand?
Not by standing behind it. The team work the front edge and the aisle in front of it, open with a question rather than a pitch, and move on politely when someone is not a fit. The opening line and the questions they ask are agreed with you first, on the briefing form.
Can you capture leads into our own system?
Yes. Scanners, tablets, a form on your own site or paper, whichever you already run. Nothing goes into a system of ours, so what is collected stays yours from the moment it is taken. Handwriting gets checked while the visitor is still on the stand.
What happens across build up and break down?
Stand teams are usually booked for show days only, but the extra hands are there if you want them: unpacking and dressing the stand beforehand, restocking overnight on longer shows, and clearing at the end. Tell us which days and they are priced per day.
Do you staff consumer shows as well as B2B trade shows?
Both. A home show or a food and drink expo runs differently from a B2B expo, with far heavier footfall and much shorter conversations, so the team is briefed for whichever one you are standing at rather than a single house style.
What do you need from us before the show opens?
A briefing form. It goes over once the booking is confirmed and covers your key messages, enough product detail for the obvious questions, the stand layout and who the team report to on site. It comes back to us in time to train them properly, rather than on the morning.
What does exhibition staffing cost, and when should we book?
It comes down to how many staff, which roles, how long the shifts run, the venue and how many show days need covering, so the quote is built against your actual dates rather than a rate card. On timing, the big weeks at the NEC, ExCeL and Olympia are worth asking about early because several exhibitors are chasing the same staff. Outside those, short notice is usually workable.
