Most visitors decide in a few seconds whether to stop. Exhibition staffing comes down to the people who make that moment work: stepping into the aisle, opening with a question rather than a pitch, and knowing quickly who is worth your sales team's time.
We supply two kinds of team. Stand teams work to the exhibitor's brief; hall teams work to the organiser's floor plan on entry, aisles and visitor services. Stand build, graphics and furniture stay with your contractor: we supply and manage the people.

Stand teams, show floors and booking.
Can you staff a stand and the show floor at the same show?
Yes. They run as two teams, because they answer to different people: stand teams to the exhibitor's brief, hall teams to the organiser's floor plan. If you're both exhibitor and organiser, both sit on one booking.
Do you work with stand builders and event agencies?
Regularly. Where staffing is part of your design and build package, the team works under your name, briefed on your client's brand, and we invoice you. We don't approach your client before, during or after the show, and we don't build stands or supply graphics.
How do your teams bring visitors onto a stand?
From the aisle, not from behind a counter. They open with a question agreed on your briefing form, qualify quickly and move on politely when someone isn't a fit, so your own team spends its time on genuine prospects.
Can you help with build-up and break down?
Most exhibitors book stand teams for show days, but extra hands can unpack and dress the stand, restock overnight on longer shows and help clear at the end. Tell us which days and we quote them separately.
Do you staff consumer shows as well as B2B trade shows?
Both. A consumer show means heavy footfall and short conversations; a B2B show means fewer, longer ones built around qualifying questions. We brief the team for whichever you're standing at.
What drives the cost, and when should we book?
Headcount, roles, shift length, the number of show days, the venue and any build-up cover. The peak weeks at the national halls are worth raising early, because many exhibitors want staff on the same dates; outside those, short notice is often workable.
