I had a fantastic experience hiring agency staff through Executional. The team were extremely responsive and friendly. Special thanks to Tim and Phil, who were always on hand to answer any questions in the run-up to my booking. Even though it wasn’t a large event and we only hired four staff members, they treated it as something genuinely important and paid great attention to detail. We had to reschedule due to a tube strike, and they were quick and efficient in getting everything rearranged. The staff on the day were phenomenal — friendly, professional, and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they carried out every task with a smile. It was a huge help to have the extra pair of hands at our conference when I couldn’t be everywhere at once. I was also very impressed with their proactiveness. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely be booking again for any future staffing needs. Thank you all!

The Team at Executional Event Staffing have supported us for 2 years now at the Bimbo Global Race, in Kent and Aintree. On both occasions that team that joined us were amazing, they were on time, dressed appropriately and worked hard. Booking was simple, and they were very helpful every step of the way. Very efficient and I would Highly recommend them.

I have used executional for roughly 8 years. They have been great to deal with. From arranging staff 6 months in advance for events to last minute a week before when our requirements have changed. The quality of the people that we receive is always great, and this year we have had many of the same guys back again on several events. I would highly recommend using them for anyone wanting to make their life easier !

Tim and the onsite team were fantastic to help ensure our events ran smoothly the last couple of months. As we were running a series of events across England, there is always the worry that the staff onsite will differ in delivery standards from one to another, but the Executional Team were spot on at each location, providing fantastic support and being the friendly face our attendees were thankful to see on arrival!

Fast, reliable and outstanding service
The Executional staff were exceptional! They are extremely professional – friendly to our guests, and went over and beyond, to make sure we had the best film festival ever. They were so connected with our event, and the briefing, that guests thought they were part of our core team! As a team – they moved efficiently, covered a lot of ground – innovated on the spot, and in, general made our event even better than we had hoped for. We could say a lot about the Executional team – but for now we will just say thank you, and we will definitely have them back again, at our next film festival!
I have worked with Executional now for a number of years and have nothing but positive reviews. The pre event documentation which is shared and request allows for event staff to be as up to speed as possible for the event. on the rare occasions where there is staff issues they are quick to reply, sort and support where needed. Would recommend (and have done to contacts looking for event staff)
This is the 3rd year that we have used Executional and as on previous occasions, the support from Tim and his excellent staff. really is second to none. Superb.
Our first experience of working with Tim and Executional. The campaign we booked was organised within a tight timescale. The whole experience felt pretty easy and drama free. Communication from Tim was very good and the campaign went ahead smoothly. I would use again for this type of activity

Executional took the stress out of coordinating the administration, accommodation, transport and timings for manning a busy stand at a London exhibition. They provided Amber and Laura, who easily absorbed the online training session prior to the event and were engaged, enthusiastic and fun to work with. I felt completely at ease leaving the stand to network with other exhibitors, knowing that they were representing our company exactly as required. We will definitely use Executional again.
Executional provided us with a very good team to manage our exhibition stand at the Ideal Home Show. We were short of staff and were not able to provide cover every day, but we were able to rely on the Executional Team to keep the show going.

Executional gave an amazing service even with such short notice, the young lady they sent to work with Chaps Payroll & Invoice funding was smart, professional and understood our aims immediately. The whole team were great from the first phone call to the event itself - and all in under 24hrs notice. The promo staff were excellent too, turned up on time and executed their roles with smiles.

CJ Lang 100 year Centenary Trade Show on March 28th was a great success strongly supported with your BA in attendance specifically in terms of product knowledge. A lot of interest was generated from buyers particularly on Almond as they discussed demand for plant based and dairy free options are becoming increasingly popular among their customers. The flyers were very useful in communicating key brands messages, product descriptions and current stats.
