The brief required two dedicated event managers and up to 50 event staff per day, deployed across multiple zones including the Welcome Area, session rooms (Rooms A–F and The Exchange), the PCR Recording Studio, and the Speaker Service Centre. Every touchpoint demanded staff who could operate with discretion, professionalism, and precision in a high-profile medical conference environment.
