Executional was proud to support the PCR London Valves event for the second consecutive year, providing a comprehensive staffing solution that underscored professionalism and operational efficiency.
The event required a large, skilled team to ensure smooth execution across various locations. Throughout the event, we deployed two dedicated event managers and up to 50 event staff each day, delivering a seamless experience for attendees.
Our goal was to provide an exceptional level of service across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Key roles were meticulously aligned with each staff member’s expertise, and all staff were well-briefed on their responsibilities before the event. Clear communication channels were established between the event managers and staff, ensuring precise coordination and quick resolution of any issues.
Execution
Our team ensured a seamless experience for attendees across various areas of the event. At the Welcome Area, we handled first interactions, assisting with badge and lanyard collection, providing directions, enforcing badge policies, and managing special desks like New Registration and Badge Pick-Up to ensure smooth registration and troubleshooting. In the session rooms, staff facilitated event flow by welcoming participants, distributing materials, verifying badges, and managing Simulation Learning Pathway passports.
Key locations, including Rooms A-F and The Exchange, saw staff assisting facilitators with technical support, timing, and microphone management. At the PCR Recording Studio, our team coordinated schedules for Key Opinion Leaders, ensuring a professional environment for filming. Meanwhile, in the Speaker Service Centre, staff discreetly supported speakers with presentation uploads and modifications, prioritising their needs for a seamless experience. Overall, our team delivered exceptional support to ensure the event ran efficiently and professionally.
