The campaign aimed to promote Nair Hair Removal’s products for the summer, under the theme #SKINBYNAIR. Set against a tropical-themed backdrop at The ACC, Liverpool, the focus was on distributing goody bags with Nair facial waxing strip samples and engaging attendees in a competition.

Campaign Strategy:

  1. Tropical Themed Stand Design: Created a summer holiday atmosphere to align with the product’s seasonal appeal.
  2. Goody Bag Distribution: Handed out pre-packed goody bags from behind the counter, ensuring a steady flow of samples to visitors.
  3. Competition Engagement: Encouraged visitors to participate in a competition to win a holiday to Ibiza, leveraging a photo booth and social media hashtag.

Execution:

  • Staffing and Roles: Deployed 3 staff members, responsible for sample distribution, attracting passersby, and informing them about the competition.
  • Branded Clothing and Presentation: Provided staff with tropical-themed white T-shirts and cargo shorts, complemented by white trainers or espadrilles, to match the summery vibe of the event.
  • Stock Management: Collaborated with our logistics partner to monitor and replenish the stock of 21,000 goody bags throughout the event duration.
  • Promotional Materials: Distributed mini booklets in goody bags and displayed POS signs on the counter and furniture to promote the competition.

Impact:

The campaign effectively elevated the brand awareness of Nair Hair Removal in preparation for summer. The tropical theme of the stand, coupled with the interactive elements like the photo booth and competition, created a memorable experience for attendees.
