Where we fit in London activations
Your idea, our people.
The brand or agency owns the concept, creative, build, kit and logistics. We recruit, brief, pay and manage the people who bring brands to life on the day.
Every person learns the brand's tone, the mechanic, the key lines and what to do when the queue gets long or the stock runs low.
PAYE, National Insurance and HR stay with us, so agencies add a team without adding payroll. The whole booking sits on one itemised quote.
Geo-tagged check-ins, live attendance and a 24/7 support line answered day and night.
Brand activations across London
From Regent Street to Peckham.
London activations cluster where launches get noticed. Regent Street, Carnaby, Soho and Seven Dials suit fashion and beauty, and the King's Road and Knightsbridge suit premium brands. Shoreditch, Hackney and Peckham reach youth culture, and The O2 and Wembley draw crowds in their thousands.
Planning more than an activation? Our London event staff page covers every team in the capital. Activating in other cities? Our brand activation staff work across the UK from 40 hubs.

Staff chosen to suit the brand and target audience, right to work checked, and briefed on the mechanic and messaging before day one.
Geo-tagged check-ins, a team leader on larger teams, live attendance and a 24/7 support line answered day and night.

London FAQs
London activation questions.
Are you a brand activation agency?
We're the staffing side of brand activation. Brands and activation agencies bring us in to supply and run the people: launch teams, pop-up teams, street teams and team leaders.
If you need the concept and the build as well, your creative or production agency handles those, and we staff it.
Do you build pop-ups, stands or branded kit?
No. Build, kit, printing, product and logistics sit with the brand or its production partner. We arrive briefed and run the activation to plan.
Can you staff a store opening or launch queue?
Yes. We supply opening teams, door and queue teams and in-store hosts for flagship openings and product drops. We brief them on the plan for the doors, the queue and the venue's safety rules.
Do you work as a white-label partner for agencies?
Yes. Staff wear your client's kit, introduce themselves as the brand and follow your reporting format. Your client deals with you; we deal with the team.
Can you run activations in several London locations at once?
Yes. Multi-site weekends run from one operations desk, with a team leader at each site and live attendance across all of them.
How much notice do you need for a London activation?
As much as you can give, especially for large teams or busy weekends. Short-notice changes to dates or headcount are common, and we work to cover them.
