Gate and concourse welcome teams
Staff welcome, direct and hand out on the approach, at the gates and around the concourse. They work at the pace a turnstile queue moves. Not stewarding and not security.

Every team member is paid through our PAYE, with National Insurance and HR in-house. Every fixture sits on one itemised quote.
We hold the same team across a fixture list wherever availability allows, track attendance live through geo-tagged check-ins and keep a 24/7 support line answered day and night.
Where we fit
Crowd-facing, not stewarding.
Sport runs to a clock nobody on the staffing side controls. The crowd builds in the hour before kick-off, empties the concourse at the whistle, floods back at half-time and leaves at once. On race days it moves between races and goes still in between. A team that knows the rhythm is busy in the right windows and out of the way in the rest.
You hold the venue plan, the safety arrangements and the sponsor rights. We supply crowd-facing staff briefed on the ground, the access routes and who they report to, with a fixture lead on site. We don't supply licensed stewarding or security: those roles stay with your safety officer and accredited supplier.

Do you supply stewards or security?
No. Stewarding and security at a sports ground are licensed roles that sit with the venue's safety officer and its accredited supplier. We supply crowd-facing staff who welcome, direct, hand out, activate and sign people up, and we would rather be clear about that line than take the wrong booking.
Which sports do you staff?
Football, rugby union and league, horse racing, athletics, running and obstacle events, darts, boxing, motorsport, swimming and esports finals. For event staffing outside sport, see event staffing.
Can you cover a whole fixture list or season?
Yes. We quote every fixture on its own line so you can add or drop dates, and we hold the same team across the run wherever availability allows, so the ground is briefed once rather than every other Saturday.
Do you work for venues, brands or governing bodies?
All three. A venue wants the crowd moved and looked after, a sponsor wants to be noticed without getting in the way of the sport, and a governing body wants the same standard at every ground on the same weekend. The team is briefed to whichever of those is booking.
Can you staff runs and obstacle events?
Yes. Registration and bib collection, bag drop, start pen support and the finish funnel, plus sampling and sponsor teams in the event village. Finishers are tired and slow-moving, and we brief the team for that.
What drives the cost of sports event staff?
Team size, the roles, how early the call time is, how long after the final whistle you need people, the number of fixtures and the city. We build the quote from your fixture list and itemise it.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the fixture is set for the big dates: cup finals, festival race meetings and major marathons pull every available team in that city onto the same day. Midweek fixtures are often workable at short notice.
