The team behind your experience.

Staff wear your client's kit and speak as the brand, with no EXECUTIONAL branding on site.
Attendance, footfall, sign-ups and photos in your own reporting format, scoped as an optional extra in the quote.
PAYE, National Insurance, HR and right to work checks sit with us, with geo-tagged check-ins and a 24/7 support line answered day and night. One itemised quote to your agency.
Experiential marketing across London
Where London stops and lingers.
London experiences work where people have time to stop. Think the South Bank and Southwark riverside, King's Cross and Coal Drops Yard, Shoreditch and Spitalfields, and Broadgate and Canary Wharf at lunch. The Royal Parks and Clapham Common draw summer crowds, as do Greenwich Peninsula and Wembley Park on event days.
Running an event or conference alongside the campaign? Our London event staff page covers every team in the capital. Touring beyond London? Our experiential marketing teams staff roadshow stops from 40 UK hubs.
London experiential spaces
Squares, parks and open spaces.
Public squares, parks and private estates where London experiences take place. Each has its own booking rules and landowner approvals.
Your agency or production partner arranges those, and we staff to the site's conditions. Space not listed? Tell us in your brief.
Checks and cover
Covered for public spaces.

London FAQs
London experiential questions.
Are you an experiential marketing agency?
No, we're the staffing partner experiential agencies use. They design and produce the experience; we provide and manage the brand ambassadors, hosts, teams and team leaders who run it with the public.
Brands running their own experience book us directly in the same way.
Do you design, build or produce experiences?
No. Creative, set, structures, vehicles, kit and print stay with your agency or production company. Our team arrives briefed, works the experience to your run sheet and hands back on time.
Can your team stay with a roadshow on tour?
Yes. For tours we can keep a core team on the road or hand over to local teams at each stop from our 40 UK hubs, briefed to the same standard so the experience stays consistent.
Can staff collect data and sign-ups?
Yes. Teams work your tablets, app or forms and follow your consent wording. Totals and photos come back in your reporting format.
Can we keep the same team for a multi-week campaign?
Yes, wherever possible. A settled core team learns the brand, the journey and the regular questions, and we brief any cover staff to the same level.
How far ahead should we brief you?
As early as the campaign allows, ideally while your client is still signing off, so we can hold the right people. Summer weekends and December fill fastest; shorter lead times are often still workable.
