Roadshow Marketing.
Roadshow marketing takes a live brand campaign on the road, running it in front of a new audience in each town rather than asking everyone to come to one place.
Executional is a UK roadshow event company. We staff the stops, whether the route is three cities or thirty, and whether the same team travels it or a fresh one meets you in each town.
Roadshows run in shopping centres, high streets, retail estates, train stations, arenas, dealerships, offices and trade venues, and can be built around a vehicle, a pop-up unit, a stand or nothing more than a team and a product.
However long the route, the quote is fully itemised, with day rates, hours and on-costs broken down and no hidden fees.

A brand roadshow is never just one thing
A brand roadshow turns up in briefs as twelve different formats. Tell us which one yours is and we build around it, so the branded roadshow experience the public meets is the one you designed.
Product launch tours
A new product shown and explained city by city around launch.
Test drive and vehicle tours
Automotive runs where the product is driven, not described.
Retail and store takeover tours
A brand takes over space inside a retailer, estate wide.
Branded vehicle tours
A truck, bus, trailer or cart working a fixed route.
Pop-up build tours
A bar, cabin or stand up and down again in every town.
Demo and experience tours
Tech, gaming and anything that has to be seen working.
Trade and dealer roadshows
Dealer briefings and partner updates across a region.
Internal and employee roadshows
Your own people, site by site, when an email will not do.
Training and education tours
Retail floors, call centres and dealerships trained on site.
Prize and game mechanics
Spin to win, prize draws and anything with a rule set.
Recruitment and campus tours
Careers stands, milk rounds and hiring drives.
Destination and tourism roadshows
Boards, airlines and operators touring the travel trade.
Sampling tours are the thirteenth format, set out separately on experiential sampling roadshows.
Get a roadshow quote →Public-facing tour staff
The people who engage the crowd at each location, hold the key messages and represent the brand for the length of the shift.
Live demo teams
For products the public need to see in use before they will buy. Run repeatedly through the trading day at each venue.
Trial and tasting teams
Putting the product into the public's hands. Food hygiene certification is available on request.
Sign-up and entry teams
Prize draws, competitions and registrations taken on the stand, with the mechanic explained to each person.
Costumed performers
Where the draw is the character rather than the product. Popular on family and retail routes and for photo opportunities.
Tour leads
On larger routes, a lead who oversees the logistics, coordinates the team and liaises with the venue.
We build your roadshow team around the activity
A roadshow team is rarely one job title, and the mix changes with the format. Tell us what the activity is and our operations team match staff on skills, experience and location.
A roadshow team can be one person or over a hundred, drawn from 6,000+ staff on our own books.
Tell us what you need →Roadshow brand activations we’ve delivered recently
Multi-city runs, store takeovers, test drive tours and pop-up builds. Every one crewed, briefed and delivered by us.

Roadshow marketing FAQs
What a tour costs, who arranges the permits, who we supply, and what is settled before the first stop.
How much does a roadshow cost?
It depends on the route. There is no single day rate for a roadshow: the number moves with how many stops, how many staff at each and how long each day runs. Every quote shows the day rates, hours and on-costs separately, so you can see what you are paying for before you commit to the route.
Are you a roadshow event company?
We are booked as the roadshow event company on some runs and as the staffing partner underneath another agency on others. Either works. We supply the teams and the on-site management. We no longer build stands, so where a tour needs a vehicle, a unit or a build we can put you in touch with trusted suppliers.
How many stops can you cover?
The length of the route is rarely the constraint. Summer and Christmas book up months ahead, so a seasonal tour is worth committing to early.
What makes a branded roadshow experience work?
Briefing, more than anything else. Clients complete a briefing form before the activity, and that becomes the document the team work from, covering the role, the dress code and the venue layout alongside the campaign itself. Consistency across a long route comes from that, not from anything on the stand.
Do you arrange permits for the route?
Yes, if you need us to. Quite often the brand or its agency sorts them directly. Where we handle council permits for public land, the cost varies by council and sits on the quote next to the staffing, not added afterwards.
What happens on the day?
A project manager is on the booking, attendance is monitored live at every stop, and support runs around the clock for as long as the route does. Reporting is bespoke and a paid extra, built around what you need and agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Can you staff a roadshow at short notice?
Usually. Send the route and the dates and we will come back straight away on what is workable and what is not.
Do you work with agencies as well as brands?
Yes, and on tours a good share of the work comes from agencies. Creative, production and experiential agencies who own the concept come to us to crew it, working to their brief.
What is the difference between a marketing roadshow and a one-off event?
Reach and repetition. A marketing roadshow repeats the same campaign for a series of separate audiences, so the reach builds across the route. A single event reaches whoever turns up on that day in that place.
Do you staff sampling roadshows?
Yes, and they have a page of their own because the operation is different. Stock, storage and volume all change how the route is planned and staffed. Everything on that is set out on the experiential sampling roadshow page.
