Corporate event staff.
We are a corporate event staffing agency for the occasions a company hosts itself. Awards nights, launches, client entertaining, investor days and company wide events.
Supplying guest facing corporate event support teams, briefed to your guest list and dressed to your standard.
What is corporate event staffing?
The team works a guest list, not a delegate list or a stand. Its job is to represent your business to your own people, your clients and your board.
We supply full teams. One brief, one team, one invoice.
Checked, insured and on our payroll
Right to work and ID checked before deployment.
Employer and Public Liability insurance on every booking, and PAYE handled in house.
Briefed on who is in the room
Your briefing form names who is expected and who to escalate to.
Nobody senior is left to introduce themselves twice.
Support at any hour, not office hours
Someone answers at two in the morning, for the length of the booking.
Shift reminders, geo-tagged check-ins and live attendance monitoring behind it.
Teams local to your venue
Staff from the nearest of our 40 UK hubs.
Matched on skills, experience and location, never on who happens to be free.
Every guest facing role your occasion needs, in one team
One brief, one booking, one point of contact on the night.

Arrival desks worked from your invite list.
Badges and passes issued, plus ones reconciled, staffed for the twenty minutes when the room walks in at once.
Guest list and VIP guest management
Who is expected, who has arrived, who has not.
Escalation agreed with you first, so nobody improvises when someone senior turns up unannounced.
Discretion around executives and clients
Useful, and out of the conversation.
Directions given, cloakrooms handled, nothing repeated afterwards.
Awards night operations
Trophies counted and handed up in running order.
Winners routed table to stage to photography, then back to their seats.
Branded and sponsor spaces
Support for the part a sponsor is funding, including teams on a branded bar.
Guest facing only. We are not a catering supplier.
Presentation and dress standards
Black tie, business dress or a uniform you supply.
Set on the briefing form and confirmed before the day.
On site team leaders and corporate event managers
One named contact running the team and dealing with the venue.
On every booking as standard.
Awards nights and client events we have already staffed
Briefed, staffed and managed by Executional.

Booking a team takes four steps
What sits with us at each stage, rather than with you.
Tell us the occasion
Venue, date, hours and team size.
Guest numbers and dress code help us match the right people to it.
Itemised quotation
Day rates, hours and on-costs line by line.
Usually back within hours, and ready to take straight to sign off.
Account manager and written brief
Assigned once the quote is signed off.
Your briefing form becomes a written brief: guest list, escalation, dress, venue layout.
Billed after the event
Billing follows the occasion, not the booking.
Attendance confirmation, photography and reporting are a paid extra, quoted alongside the staffing.

Corporate event staff questions
What counts as corporate, what we supply, what the teams wear and what it costs.
What counts as a corporate event?
An occasion your own company is hosting for its own invited guests. Awards ceremonies, product and brand launches, client entertaining, investor and AGM days, and company wide internal events. The test we use is simple: if your business is the host and the room is filled from a guest list rather than from ticket sales, it is a corporate booking.
What if my event is not quite corporate?
It comes down to who is buying and why. A published programme with delegates attending sessions is conference staff. A company working its own stand at somebody else's show is exhibition staff. A company hosting its own invited guests is this page, whether the evening runs to a tight running order or not. General hire that fits none of the three sits on our event staff page.
What do you not supply?
Food and drink service. We supply promotional calibre guest facing staff, not a catering operation, so there are no waiters, no silver service and no kitchen. The one exception is a team working a branded or sponsored bar, where alcohol licensing can be provided on request. For food and table service your venue or a catering supplier is the right call, and we would rather say so up front.
Can you staff an awards ceremony?
Yes, and it is one of the briefs we take most often. Recent awards work includes the Great British Pub Awards at First Direct Arena, the SIBA British Guild of Beer Writers Awards and the Stella Artois Perfect Serve Awards in London. Where an awards night sits inside a longer programme, the ceremony itself is still quoted as a corporate booking.
Do you cover AGMs and investor days?
Yes, as a service. Arrivals, accreditation against a confirmed attendee list, escalation when a board member or an institutional guest arrives, and quiet floor support through the day. These are booked the same way as any other company occasion and staffed by the same guest facing teams.
What do your corporate teams wear?
Whatever you specify: black tie, business dress, all black, or a uniform you provide. Where you are supplying the uniform we handle sizing and distribution ahead of the event, so nothing turns up on the night in the wrong size or gets worn differently by half the team.
How much does corporate event staffing cost, and how far ahead should I book?
There is no flat day rate. The number moves on which roles you need, the size of the team, how long the shift runs, the city and whether it runs past midnight. On timing, December and the summer awards season are the tight weeks in every major city, so commit to those early. Outside them, short notice is usually workable.
Where in the UK do you supply corporate event staff?
Nationwide. The heaviest coverage runs through our London event staff, Manchester event staff, Birmingham event staff, Leeds promotional staff and Edinburgh promotional staff teams, with the rest of the network reaching the cities in between.
