What counts as a corporate event?
One your company hosts for its own invited guests: awards ceremonies, launches, client and partner days, AGMs and investor days, and company-wide internal events. If your business is the host and the room fills from a guest list, it's a corporate booking. A published programme with delegates is a conference: see our conference staff.
Do you supply waiting or catering staff?
No. Our teams are guest-facing: arrivals, hosting, cloakroom, awards running and sponsor spaces. Food and table service sit with your venue or caterer. The one exception is a branded or sponsored bar, which we can staff with alcohol licensing on request.
Can you staff an AGM or investor day?
Yes. Arrivals and accreditation against a confirmed shareholder or attendee list, escalation when a board member or institutional guest arrives, and quiet floor support through the day.
Do you work with agencies running corporate events?
Yes. Agencies book us to staff their clients' occasions, briefed to the agency's run sheet and the client's standards. The team works under your direction and we never approach your client.
What will the team wear?
Whatever you specify: black tie, business dress, all black or a uniform you supply. Where you provide the uniform, we collect sizes in advance so it fits on the night and the whole team wears it the same way.
Can you staff a corporate event at short notice?
Yes. Late requests are welcome; December and the summer awards season fill fastest in every city, so book those dates early.
