Multi-stop tours, one brief
Experiential Sampling Roadshows City By City
A roadshow is product sampling that travels. Instead of one location worked hard for a day, the same activity repeats in a different town every day or two, so a brand gets national reach without the cost of running everywhere at once.
The work is in the repetition. The tenth stop has to look like the first: same set-up, same message, same standard of team, whether that is a branded vehicle, a pop-up unit or a stand inside a venue. Roadshow sampling lives or dies on that consistency.
Bookings are made per stop, per day. You tell us the towns, the dates, the hours and how many people you want at each, and an eight-city tour is handled as one booking with one invoice.
An itemised quote, usually within hours, with day rates, hours and on-costs listed for every town on the tour. No hidden fees, one invoice.
Assigned once the quote is signed off, with a project manager on the booking and 24/7 support for the length of the tour.
Our operations team pick people on skills, experience and location, so each town is worked by a team from the nearest of our 40 hubs rather than one crew driving the country.
Your briefing form becomes a tailored document covering the product USPs, the audience and the key messages, issued identically at every location.
Right to work and ID verified. Employer and Public Liability cover on every campaign. DBS, food hygiene and risk assessments available on request.
We are the employer. PAYE, tax, National Insurance and HR are all handled in house, however many towns the tour covers.
Shift reminders, geo-tagged check-ins and live attendance monitoring, which is what keeps a tour honest when nobody from your side is at every stop.
Reporting with attendance confirmation, on-site photos and feedback, quoted alongside the staffing as an add-on.
We were lucky to have the same event manager as before, he was brilliant, managed the team beautifully and very responsive. The team as a whole were great, punctual, polite, professional and importantly friendly.

What we supply
Five Jobs On A Touring Campaign
A tour needs two things a single activation does not: people who can build the same thing twice, and somebody holding the whole run together. These are the five jobs.
Tour Crews
The people at the stop. A small team who build the unit, work the day and pack it down, then hand over to the next town’s crew or move on with the tour.
- Set-up, live running and de-rig at each location
- Delivering the message set out in your briefing document
- Drawn from the hub nearest that stop
Suits: drinks, snacks, pet food, household, automotive
Branded Vehicle Teams
Where the tour travels in something. A van, a bus, a tuk-tuk or a trailer is the campaign’s front door, so the crew working it are the ones people photograph.
- Working from and around a branded unit
- Restocking between towns without losing trading hours
- Presenting the vehicle as the set piece it is
Suits: launches, summer campaigns, high-visibility brand building
Pop-Up Build Crews
Where the tour brings its own space. A pop-up bar, cabin or stand goes up in the morning and comes down at night, and the same kit does it again forty miles away.
- Repeatable build and de-rig to a fixed layout
- Working inside venues, on forecourts or in public space
- Leaving the site as it was found
Suits: beer and spirits, food brands, experience-led campaigns
Venue Takeover Teams
Where the tour visits somebody else’s building rather than bringing its own. The host sets the rules and the crew works to them, town after town.
- Working to the host venue’s position, hours and standards
- Coordinating arrival and access with each site in advance
- Same brief, different rules at every stop
Suits: retail partnerships, trade tours, depot and dealership runs
Tour Managers
An event manager or campaign lead who travels with the run or oversees it, holds the schedule, and is your single point of contact from the first stop to the last.
- Coordinating crews, kit and stock across the calendar
- Liaising with every venue, landowner or host in advance
- Absorbing the changes so you are not fielding them town by town
Before you book
Every Stop Has Its Own Permission
A tour does not get one approval. Each town is a separate conversation with a separate council, landowner or host venue, and each one sets its own terms and its own price.
Where permissions are needed we arrange them. There are costs attached and they differ from council to council, so they are quoted alongside the staffing rather than buried in it. This is the single thing that most often moves a tour date.
Product sampling as a whole is set out on the main service page. Where a campaign is a tour in name only and really sits in one place, it is worth looking at that instead. A tour built around media, vehicles and route planning rather than handing product over is roadshow marketing, and that is quoted differently again.
