What we did

Mr Filbert's brought its Asian Savours snack range to Costco Thurrock in Essex. We supplied brand ambassadors to run a tasting stand and turn trial into sales.

• Set up the tasting stand an hour before opening on the first day
• Offered members tastings of the Korean, Japanese and Thai flavours
• Talked members through the range and what sets it apart from supermarket snacks
• Made clear the 500g bags were on sale at Costco for a limited time
• Encouraged members who enjoyed a taste to pick up a bag on the day
• Kept the display stocked, tidy and on brand through every shift
