County shows, agricultural shows and fairs
County Show Brand Teams
A county show promotion is brand activity run from a stand, a trailer or a marquee at an agricultural show, usually over two to four days in the summer. Visitors are there for the whole day, they walk every avenue of the showground, and they expect to be handed something to try.
We supply the teams for showgrounds across the UK: brand ambassadors, sampling staff, product demonstrators, costume characters, stand teams and event staff, with event managers for brands that follow the show calendar around the country.
A show is booked by the day. You tell us the show, the days you are attending, the stand hours and how many people you want on the stand each day.
Fully itemised, usually within hours. Day rates, hours and on-costs for every day of the show.
Assigned after the quote is signed off. 24/7 support for every day you are on the showground.
Chosen by our operations team on skills, experience and location, from the hub nearest the show.
Your briefing form becomes a tailored document covering product USPs, the audience and your key messages.
Right to work and ID confirmed. Employer and Public Liability on every show. Food hygiene and DBS certificates on request.
PAYE, tax, National Insurance and HR handled in house. You receive a single invoice for the show.
Shift reminders, geo-tagged check-ins at the showground and live attendance monitoring each morning.
Reporting with attendance confirmation, on-site photos and feedback, quoted if you ask for it.
Executional are always willing to help and accommodate in order for our shows to be successful!

Staff we supply
People For The Stand And The Avenues
Show days are long and the crowd keeps coming, so most bookings mix people on the stand with people out on the showground. These are the roles we supply.
Stand Hosts
Stand hosts run your stand or trade stand for the whole show, representing the brand to everyone who stops and keeping the stand working from the first visitor to the last.
- Engaging visitors who stop at the stand and delivering your key messages
- Taking orders, sign-ups or enquiries on your own system
- Working every day of a multi-day show with the same brief
Suits: food and drink, automotive, agricultural suppliers, outdoor and country brands
Taste Station Crews
Taste station crews serve the product to visitors from the stand or a trailer, which suits food and drink brands where the sample is what sells the case.
- Preparing and serving samples through the day
- Talking through the product and pointing to where it can be bought on site
- Keeping the serving area presentable across a long show day
Suits: drinks, dairy and ice cream, snacks, sauces and preserves
Mascot And Character Crews
Character crews bring a mascot to life on the showground, with a chaperone alongside, and suit brands with a family message or a safety message to land.
- Performing in costume around the stand and the main avenues
- A chaperone guiding the character and managing the crowd
- Posing for photographs with families
Suits: family brands, public information campaigns, sponsors, trade suppliers
Avenue And Gate Crews
Avenue crews walk the showground and the entrances with printed material, bringing visitors to a stand they might otherwise not find on a large showground.
- Handing out show maps, offers or vouchers at the gates
- Working the main avenues between the rings and the food halls
- Directing visitors to your stand number
Suits: stands in quieter areas, show specials, exhibitors with a large site
Show Season Coordinators
Season coordinators look after a brand that attends a run of shows through the summer, so every showground has a local team working from the same brief.
- Coordinating teams across the county show calendar
- Liaising with show organisers on stand access and timings
- Acting as your single point of contact for the season

A Whole Show Season
The county show calendar runs from May to September, and a brand that attends six or eight of them needs a fresh, local team at each one. Our event managers and campaign leads look after the logistics for every show, coordinate the teams and liaise with each organiser.
Because staff come from the nearest of our 40 UK hubs, the Great Yorkshire Show is staffed from Yorkshire and the South of England Showground from Sussex.
