Northern Thank-you treats on board local trains

What we did

After disruption from the TransPennine Express route upgrades, Northern wanted to thank its commuters. We supplied leafleting staff for select trains from Brighouse to Leeds, via Batley and Morley, over two days.

• Wore Northern branded t-shirts and carried usherette trays on board
• Passed out leaflets and goodies to passengers on select trains
• Gave morning commuters branded flapjacks and biscuits
• Handed evening commuters branded seed packs as a sign of growing appreciation
• Welcomed loyal passengers back on board with a friendly thank you
