The Brief

11 Years In, 12 Staff Strong

Eleven years young, and now twice the size. The Engage Employee Summit stepped up to a two-day format in 2026, taking over the state-of-the-art Evolution venue in Battersea Park, and EXECUTIONAL was on the floor to keep it all moving.

We supplied 12 conference staff and event staff in London to support the summit across two packed days, covering six stages, hundreds of delegates, real-world case studies from some of the world’s biggest brands, and the kind of fast-paced networking environment where the staffing has to be sharp from the second the doors open.

On The Ground

What Our Staff Delivered

  • Welcomed delegates and scanned badges on entry across both days
  • Supported registration and guided delegates to the correct stages and breakout areas
  • Roved with microphones during live Q&A sessions
  • Covered six stages including Main, Internal Comms, and Comms & Connected
  • Supported the organiser with on-the-fly delegate management throughout
  • Kept lunchtime organised and flowing for hundreds of delegates
  • Held a professional, welcoming presence across every touchpoint of the event
