Steve Madden VIP airport welcomes across five airports

What we did

Steve Madden needed high-profile visitors met on arrival in the UK. We placed corporate event staff at Heathrow, City, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton.

• Wore Steve Madden-branded clothing and held identifiable signs
• Welcomed each VIP guest as they arrived and helped them transfer smoothly
• Coordinated onward transport to the annual conference
• Attended a face-to-face briefing where uniforms were handed out
• Worked with our head office team, who managed logistics remotely
• Stayed in place until midnight in some locations
