An airport promotion is brand activity run landside, in the arrivals hall, the check-in concourse or the forecourt, where staff can work without passing security. Passengers are waiting, meeting or looking for someone, which makes arrivals one of the few places where a person holding a sign is exactly what people expect to see.
We supply the people for that work at UK airports: welcome teams, brand ambassadors, sampling staff, leaflet distributors and event staff, with event managers when a booking runs across several terminals or several airports at once.
Bookings are usually tied to flight times rather than to opening hours, so shifts are set around the arrivals you want covered and the number of staff you want at each.
