In the lead-up to the League of Legends World Championship Finals at The O2 Arena, our agency collaborated with Riot Games to deliver seamless operations for their Fan Fest zone. The event, held over two days outside the arena in Peninsula Square, was designed to captivate gaming enthusiasts and celebrate the League of Legends community. The Fan Fest featured immersive partner booths, dynamic Riot Games activations, and activities tailored to enhance the fan experience.

Execution

EXECUTIONAL deployed a skilled team of 20 event staff to ensure the League of Legends Fan Fest ran smoothly and delivered an unforgettable experience for attendees. Staff oversaw key activations, including managing the popular Claw Machine, where prizes were restocked to maintain excitement, and the “Sword in the Stone” feature, creating organic “victory moments” for fans emulating iconic in-game scenes.

At the Cosplay Day Booth, staff handed out raffle tickets to cosplayers, fostering community engagement and celebrating fan creativity. They also managed queues efficiently at the Riot Booth, minimising wait times to enhance the guest experience. The Inflatable Photo-Op Activation was a standout attraction, where staff assisted guests in capturing shareable moments. Beyond activations, the team provided guest assistance, offering directions and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Their enthusiasm and organisation contributed to the success of the festival, leaving fans with lasting memories and a positive impression of the event.
