Empowering Vision: How Executional’s Dedication to Specsavers Boosted Bookings and Brought Eye Care to the Forefront Since 2020.
Since 2020, Executional has been proud to support Specsavers by providing promotional teams dedicated to actively booking eye and hearing tests across the entire Specsavers store network. Our staff members diligently engage with the public in various environments—from roaming teams to stationed setups inside supermarkets and shopping centres—all to facilitate prompt eye test bookings.
Every facet of this project is overseen by a devoted team at Executional. This encompasses tasks such as staff selection, video training, team management, and the delivery of weekly reports tailored for Specsavers. Moreover, the management of store bookings is carried out seamlessly, with our team regularly liaising with store partners and their staff. This ensures that date and shift requirements are met, and any modifications are effectively communicated and managed throughout the booking process.
With a robust team of approximately 150 staff members nationwide, we have daily foot soldiers on the ground championing Specsavers’ cause. Our team is equipped with expertise in a bespoke booking system, ensuring they’re fully trained before initiating their tasks. This has led to a notable increase in daily bookings, directly benefiting the individual stores.
2023 has witnessed a significant uptick in booking numbers for Specsavers — a testament to the synergy between Executional’s commitment and Specsavers’ vision. As we reflect on this success, we eagerly anticipate an even more bustling 2024.
