Types of office promotion teams we supply
Six teams for the working day.
Corporate office promotions are brand activity inside a workplace: sampling, demonstrations, sign-ups or a stand in the reception, canteen or atrium, aimed at the people who work there.
Each team below comes from our promotional staff pool and works around the building's routine. If your brief is mainly handing out product, see office product sampling.
Wellbeing and benefits day staff
Wellbeing day staff for the stands at an employer's wellbeing, pensions or benefits day. They welcome people, explain each provider's offer and guide them round the room, working to the employer's plan.
Workplace sign-up teams
Workplace activation teams introduce an app, benefit, bank account or membership and help people register on the spot, on the device or form you provide.
Tenant engagement teams
Staff for landlords and building managers who run lobby events, launches and welcome days for the businesses in a multi-let building or business park. They work alongside the front of house team.
Head office launch hosts
Hosts for suppliers presenting a product to a retailer's or client's head office, from a showcase in the staff restaurant to a launch for the buying team.
Staff engagement and internal campaign teams
Employee engagement event staff for an employer's internal campaigns, such as a new canteen, a commuting scheme or a charity week. They talk to staff in shared spaces and collect feedback or pledges, in a way that fits your workplace culture.
Multi-building programme leads
One named lead runs programmes across several buildings or cities. They agree timetables with each reception and facilities team and keep every site on the same brief.
How we brief our teams on your building
Cleared, briefed and building-ready.
Right to work and ID checked for every person. Employer's and Public Liability cover on every booking. DBS checks on request where a building asks for them.
The team learns your offer and audience, plus the building's sign-in, floor layout, quiet zones and the day to day routine of the people who work there.
We handle PAYE, National Insurance and HR in-house, so none of it passes to you or the building.
Geo-tagged check-ins confirm the team is at each site. Our 24/7 support line is answered day and night while your shifts run.
How our office activation teams engage busy people
Read the room, respect the day.
An office isn't a high street. People are busy, reception decides who comes in, and a promotion that gets in the way of the working day is remembered for the wrong reasons. The right team reads the work environment: it catches people at lunch or between meetings and leaves them free to get back to work.
You or your client arrange access with the occupier or landlord. We supply the people, briefed on your offer, the building's sign-in process and the times that suit its staff, and dressed for a professional setting.

Office promotion questions we answer every day
Office promotions, access and timing: your questions.
What is a corporate office promotion?
A corporate office promotion is brand activity inside a workplace: sampling, demonstrations, sign-ups or a stand in the reception, canteen or atrium, aimed at the people who work there. The employer, landlord or building manager agrees access, and we supply and manage the promotional staff who run it, briefed on your product and the building's rules.
Who arranges access to the building?
The employer, landlord or building manager, or the brand or agency through them. Once access is agreed, our lead confirms the sign-in process, the space and the timings with each reception before the first day.
What times work best in an office?
Late morning to mid-afternoon on Tuesdays to Thursdays tends to reach the most people, with lunch as the peak window. Early starts suit buildings with a strong commuter arrival.
Do you organise the day or supply the stands?
No. The employer or its event partner plans the day and books the providers, and the brand, employer or landlord supplies the stand, materials and any giveaways. We supply and manage the people: welcome, hosting, sign-ups and guiding people between stands.
Can you work across a landlord's whole portfolio?
Yes. We operate nationwide, across the UK, and staff each building from the nearest of our 40 hubs, with one lead agreeing the timetable with every site. One team can move between nearby buildings if you'd prefer.
Do you staff our own internal events?
Yes. For an awards night, conference or client event run by your company, see our corporate event staff.
Can staff collect sign-ups and personal data?
Yes, on the form, app or device you approve and with the consent wording you provide. Staff don't keep copies; the data is yours from the moment it's entered.
What drives the cost?
The number of buildings and dates, headcount, shift lengths, moving between sites and any extra checks a building requires. The quote sets out each line.
