Whether that be hospitality staff (such as bar staff, front of house and waiting staff) festival staff or full event teams, we can support where required. All staff members are employed directly by EXECUTIONAL and are fully insured. We pick up all their payroll, tax and pension considerations so you don’t have to.
Briefing & Training
Once your team of staff have been chosen, the next important step is to consider how they will be trained for your function. We operate training in a variety of ways depending on the complexity of their role, from simple training packs and calls to zoom or face to face training days. This can include staff roles, locations, transport planning and health and safety training. EXECUTIONAL will advise on the best process as part of your quotation.
Punctuality, appearance and customer service are the basis of our recruitment and this is why EXECUTIONAL operate a true 7 day a week operational capability. All staff are checked into their shift via head office and monitored throughout the day (where applicable) to ensure they are always on time and on brand.
Following their shift, each team member will be required to complete feedback that is passed on to the client via a report. The last part of our process is ensuring our event temp staff have support from our head office before, during and after.
