Our team sparked the festival’s success, guiding creativity from the very start.
The ITAV Film Festival, held at the Science Gallery London, celebrated the notion that “It Takes a Village to Raise a Child”. This event was a cultural beacon, inviting attendees into a world of cinematic and creative exploration, themed around healing, hope, and resolution. The festival showcased four short films and a docuseries created by young talents, accompanied by a variety of interactive experiences, workshops, and panel discussions designed to inspire and educate participants.
Execution
The Science Gallery London provided an ideal backdrop for the festival, with its central location and versatile spaces. The layout was strategically designed to facilitate easy navigation and immersive engagement for the attendees. We provided a tried and tested event staff team comprising of:
Event Manager: Ensured all activities ran on time and all zones were effectively managed.
Talent Manager: Took charge of the needs of talent, panellists, and hosts, managing their schedules throughout the event.
Experiential Staff: Distributed across various zones – Ground Floor, Marquee, Workshop Room, and Theatre Atrium – to manage guest flow, activities engagement, and overall event dynamics.
Impact
