EXECUTIONAL played a key role in the successful launch of Family Traveller Live and Sailawaze Live, a vibrant new consumer travel show hosted at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham. Created by the teams behind Familytraveller.com and Sailawaze.com, the event brought together leading holiday and cruise providers alongside a full programme of interactive activities and expert travel talks.
Over two packed days, the show welcomed thousands of families in search of travel inspiration. EXECUTIONAL supplied trained event staff to support both visitor engagement and exhibitor logistics, ensuring each area ran smoothly — from ticketing and information support to managing zones like climbing walls, surfing, archery, and more.
Team members were fully briefed in advance and assigned to dedicated roles and zones, helping to maintain order, deliver accurate show information, and assist with equipment such as radios and safety procedures. Our presence also supported the seminar stages and high-traffic areas like the box office and children’s activity spaces, where strong communication and crowd management were essential.
