Vision Express Solaris sunglasses expertise in 11 stores

What we did

Vision Express wanted to lift the promotion and sales of its Solaris sunglasses range across 11 UK stores during peak sunglasses season. We supplied product demonstration staff, positioned as Solaris reps, for a three-month campaign built on product knowledge and personal customer help.

The team attended an intensive training day on the Solaris range at the Vision Express head office, joined by a member of our head office team who oversaw the campaign.

• Offered a personal shopper service, helping customers find sunglasses to suit their face shape and style
• Shared detailed product knowledge on the Solaris range
• Liaised regularly with store managers so the team fitted in with each store
• Promoted the range inside and outside stores, including leaflet distribution
