The Employee Engagement Summit is Europe’s largest conference dedicated to employee experience, attracting professionals from across industries for a day of insight, networking, and big ideas. With multiple themed stages and a packed agenda, EXECUTIONAL was brought in to support the delegate experience on the ground.
From first thing in the morning, our team greeted attendees, directed them to the venue, and kept the flow of traffic moving — especially as talks began across the various stages. Once doors opened, we took on key responsibilities to keep the sessions running smoothly and make sure every delegate had a clear and efficient experience.
Our Support Included:
- Scanning badges on entry using iPads to monitor session attendance
- Managing entry to stage rooms, ensuring seats were filled and maintaining a first-come-first-served policy
- Politely managing capacity, turning attendees away when rooms were full and guiding them to alternative sessions
