How We Use Your Profile

Your profile is the main contributing factor to getting booked on a job. Think of it like your CV or social media profile. It needs to be detailed and express who you are, defining what sets you aside from other promotional staff in your area, and what experience you have that makes you the best candidate for the job.

A good profile with clear photo’s, detailed experience and up to date contact information will help you get booked for work. We also use this information and your photo’s when a client requests a portfolio to select suitable candidates to represent them. It is very important to ensure that your profile looks great if you want to stand out from the crowd. The more up to date and detailed your profile is, the likelier it is to get booked for work.

How Detailed Should I Be?

When it comes to finding the right people for a campaign, we search for staff based on the brands you’ve worked with, relevant experience and personal interests, along with any key client specifications.

Your experience doesn’t have to be entirely based in promotions either. Are you a trained cocktail barman? Can you speak multiple languages? Act, dance or sing? We think that is amazing, so let us know about it!

What About Photos?

We like to see a mix of photos on your profile that look professional, but also show you doing what you love or working hard on campaigns. We recommend having a selection of unfiltered headshots and full-length shots. Having at least one image on your profile that shows you alone, looking at the camera with your face clearly visible is essential.

Please be conscious that the photos need to be suitable to send to a client if you are part of a selection process. This would exclude images with social media filters, excessive make-up or pictures on a night out. Think of the image you would like to portray of yourself when selecting your photos and what you think clients will choose when looking for someone to represent their brand.
