Powering the Launch of Crufts Club at the World's Largest Dog Show

Crufts is the largest and most prestigious dog show in the world, welcoming tens of thousands of visitors to the NEC Birmingham each year. For 2026, The Royal Kennel Club launched an ambitious new initiative — Crufts Club — a membership programme designed to give dog owners access to expert advice, exclusive content, and year-round support. They needed a staffing partner who could deliver a large-scale, high-energy activation across the entire show floor to drive sign-ups and engagement.

EXECUTIONAL was appointed to plan and deliver the full on-the-ground operation: 30 staff per day over five event days, coordinated by two dedicated event managers, with over 120 shifts to manage. The team needed to be visible, confident, and capable of engaging thousands of visitors in meaningful conversations about a brand-new product — all within the busy, fast-moving environment of the UK's biggest dog show.
