Our mission was to provide local staffing support and event management for the Royal Air Force’s #AstonRed10 raffle campaign at Canary Wharf. The goal was to raise awareness and funds for the RAF Benevolent Fund, assisting personnel in transitioning from military to civilian life and supporting them through challenging times.

  2. Continuous Campaign Management: Provided full 24/7 management, including an on-site event manager responsible for handling daily cash deposits.
  3. Dedicated Event Team: Maintained a consistent and enthusiastic team throughout the campaign, emphasising their passion for the cause and the organisation.
  4. Effective Reporting and Documentation: Compiled bespoke reports of staff and public feedback, along with event photography, to support future content creation and campaign analysis.
