EXECUTIONAL was tasked with managing an event team for hand-to-hand distribution of official publications at a major event held at London ExCeL. The materials targeted international business and industry sector visitors, including an Official Event Guide, Route Planner, and Pocket Map.
Execution:
- Staffing Requirements: Selected individuals capable of engaging with a diverse audience, maintaining professionalism, and standing for extended periods.
- Material Handling: Distributed B5-sized magazines, A5-sized route planners, and A6-sized leaflets to attendees, ensuring wide coverage and accessibility.
- Professional Presentation: Ensured staff wore professional all-black attire complemented by event-organiser-provided T-shirts, suitable for the business-oriented environment.
