The Sun
Promotional Girls For The Sun Bus
eXecutional were commissioned with less than 24 hour notice to provide promotional girls to support the Sun Bus tour. The girls were supplied to help in the running of the Sun Bus and to distribute the promotional giveaways throughout the campaign.
The campaign undertook multiple locations including outside sports events, the city centre and within retail parks.
eXecutional advised the Sun that they should be using licences within certain cities to comply with council legislation. eXecutional provided use of their licences in each location.
More work followed this succesful promotion with feedback reports being provided back to the client including full photography within 24 hours.
The Sun - Dino Promotion
eXecutional were commissioned for a further piece of work in order to promote their Dino DVD giveaway. The team used a traditional style sea side board to encourage the DVD release. Covering multiple locations across London the promotional team overseen by an experienced events manager / van driver encouraged members of the public to have their picture taken with the board.
The team manged to cover multiple locations across London and take hundreds of photos. All feedback and photos were fed back to the client the morning after the promotion finished - ready to be featured on their own website.

Sun Beer Mat Distribution
Following on from the Sun Dino promotion, eXecutional were commissioned to provide a beer mat distribution services targeting designated pubs and bars across 5 cities. Coming in on budget, eXecutional plotted all visit sites using our database. Best route planning of each call was then sent to the promotional teams in each city.
A bespoke online reporting hub was created to capture all call data and photos of each location. Activity was completed in 2 days with feedback and call data being returned to the client the following morning.
