Detailed Briefing Packs
All our campaigns are supported by full staff briefing packs. This includes a complete summary of the promotion including, timings, promotional overview, dress codes and any client supplied campaign information.
This is sent to our teams in advance of the promotion dates and our staffing teams ensure that the staff are up to speed and fully understand their commitments.
Central Training Days
For longer more in depth promotions, central training days allow the promotional teams to be taken through product information, company culture and their responsibilities. Your account manager at eXecutional can also provide training to staff in clients absence.
Our account teams train our staff on behalf of our clients over a number of promotions.
