Sporting Events

Sporting events can attract thousands of supporters making it the perfect location for a promotion. Stadiums, swimming pools and athletic tracks are all possibilities for distribution, sampling and data capture. Additionally, the 2012 Olympics will be a great location for promotional marketing!
Again, there are two ways of marketing at sporting events, either in the event or outside, around the event.
Inside
Targeting spectators as they take their seats, walk around an event or purchase food and drinks are the perfect opportunity for a promotion. However, the important factor in organising this type of promotion is gaining access to the site. Permission must be granted from the site. eXecutional would be happy to communicate to the site for you, or work alongside another agency and simply supply the staffing part of the promotion. Once your promotion is approved by the site we will then organise staffing, promotional displays and all the associated logistics. Working within the event is perfect for a static promotion/stand.
Outside
A campaign in a sporting event can be pricey and if you have a smaller budget, there is the possibility of carrying out a campaign outside the event. This type of promotion can be just as successful as holding it in the event. Other advantages to this type of promotion include staff being able to move around hitting areas of high spectator density including entrances and transport links.
